Out with the old - in with the new

Over time, insulation will settle. But that doesn't mean you should.

Insulation Removal

Let's face the facts; unless you have a brand new home then its no doubt that the insulation standards that it was built to are no longer up to date with changing weather, building codes, product settlement, animal/rodent nesting, or maybe you just have horse hair and wood shavings in your wall cavities from the 1800's.

Whatever the case, not only can we install new materials but we can also remove the old.

Some of that old insulation can contain feces, asbestos, and mold.

So take the worry free approach today and let us, the certified experts handle it for you!

Top Ups

Our first recommendation is to always remove your old insulation, however depending on the material it may just need a top-up.

Building code changes, years of settlement, or improper initial installation can lead to an insulation deficiency in your attic space resulting in thousands of dollars quite literally going out your roof every year.

More times than not, an older building has poor roof ventilation or at the least its been tampered with in a DIY event resulting in an inefficient or inoperable air-pathway.

Proper ventilation will ensure that moisture and condensation does not occur in the cold seasons, and that excess heat is able to escape in the warmer months.
